How it works

Identikey Server checks any authentication requests from standard Radius clients against its local user database, allowing remote users to quickly establish their identity with their personal Digipass device. The Digipass device generates a unique, one-time-only password, eliminating the need for insecure static passwords.

The built-in SOAP API enables you to integrate Identikey’s authentication and transaction validation functions into your existing web-based services, and your users can use their Digipass device to access multiple applications.

Our Identikey package provides a flexible licensing system, allowing you to add new users and new applications as and when you need to, and making it a solution that grows with your company’s needs.

2-factor authentication is a method of securing remote access to your web-based services using two separate methods of user identification – normally a conventional password alongside another factor; usually a keycode generated by a physical device known as a ‘token’.
