As an Junior IT Support Engineer (Microsoft), you will have some knowledge and technical skills within:
Microsoft – Windows 7, MS Exchange. MS Server
E-mail – Blackberries, iPhones, HTC’s etc.
You the Junior IT Support Engineer:
Must have at least 1 years commercial experience
Must be a strong communicator with professional demeanor and able to work on your own initiative.
You will also have effective and approachable telephone manner as well as strong organisational skills that benefit your workloads.
Must have customer service experience within similar environment and competent in your technical abilities
