Computrad Application Centric Model (Layer 7)

Traditionally organisations have made decisions which they classed as stategic such as deciding to invest in an MPLS network or standardising on the Microsoft Platform. In fact these were not strategic decisions at all but rather tactical decisions. This is because Microsoft could be substituted for Linux or MPLS for DSL and it would not dramatically affect the business. However to change the applications would affect the way the business operates.

1) Palo Alto with their NextGen Application Aware Firewall which is the only firewall working not at port level but by actually recognising applications.

2) Citrix Delivery Centre allows application delivery effectively thorugh a centralised management platform. This utilises the XenApp, XenServer, NetScaler and Citrix Access Gateway.

3) Riverbed is the market leader in WAN optimisation solutions and Computrad are the leading partner of choice for technical expertise and professional services in the UK. WDS accelerate business operations whilst cutting costs. Computrad's WDS is enabling organisations to guarantee perfomance of their applications to their business and to their end users. This is achieved with a proven methodology consisting of hardware and software and using our own intellectual property developed inhouse at Computrad.

4) Fortnet the Leading Security ASIC Based, UTM Firewall with Database Security, DLP and PCI-DSS Solutions
