Lead Technical Consultant

The applicant will gain experience working with the US Military, eGaming and other enterprise clients.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes and skills:

A diploma or degree in computer science (or similar) and a minimum of five years experience as a Systems Engineer
A Microsoft certification in one or more relevant areas i.e. MCSE
Citrix certification i.e. CCEA/CCIA
Citrix Xenserver, VDI, Netscaler or F5 experience preferred
Well developed customer interfacing skills
Proven, hands-on experience in providing 2nd/3rd line technical support
Proven experience with Microsoft AD, Server OS, Exchange and Desktop OS
Experience with HP SAN or DELL SAN server and desktop hardware would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Certifications in VMWare, Vasco and/or Cisco would be a definite advantage
Ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements
Experience of setting up and running a Managed Services preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Good analytical skills; a structured and methodical approach
Highly organised, with the ability to plan for short- to medium-term objectives
Strong service attitude; builds lasting customer relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness.
Well developed commercial and financial understanding
Flexibility to work on customer sites and away from home

Salary: £40- 45,000 pa
